Wait -- you are claiming Romania was socialist? That is what I like about you -- none of this BS about "state capitalism" and other linguistic misdirection attempting to disclaim the historical implementation. ^^^^^ CB: Well thanks , David. Also, in response to your comment, seems to me it's sufficient to claim it wasn't capitalist, and thereby Joanna significantly avoided capitalist brainwashing, as you were amazed at. ^^^^^ If Joanna lived in Romania, and is still committed to socialism, that certainly shows a high level of committment and lack of disillusionment. On the other hand, if I try and exercise my "imagination and an actual and deep interest" in projecting what my consciousness would be if I lived in Romania, I think I would have experienced the disillusionment.
