I don't know if he will back up his words. But as far as I recall the challenges to the bankers and the insurance companies did not include the Vice-President and top military commanders saying that the bankers and insurance companies were endangering the lives of US soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. We'll see. But it's not impossible.
