This discussion has degerated. Education ominiscience and absolute disinterest are red herrings. Nobody believes that. Education is an art and artists are not perfect.

Non-market models are based upon the belief that the education professionals have omniscience and are completely disinterested, and the parents are incapable of making rational decisions.
