This appears to be nothing less than a praise of the Euro-American Empire, expressing a hope for its revival by spreading further the cancer called democracy: "The Obama Administration and its State Department deserve high praise for introducing this element of perestroika to U.S. policy in the Middle East. Go USA!" Indeed, is this a revival of the BS "Hope and Change"? And - what does this actually mean (outside of elitist rhetoric): "a real transition to democracy"?
