Does she mention Minsky anywhere? I never finished the book. I think
the problem is that she's a standard journalist, starting with
empirical data, not (explicit) theory. Her theory is likely that
shared by most financial journalists. Her experience likely is
pointing her toward Marx _et al_, but she hasn't gotten there yet.
Just guessing.
