You can say all you want about this, but I have to believe that Michael Perelman, who seems to have one mishap or another with his laptop every six months or so, would benefit from a Mac. I say this as someone who has owned over 15 computers of one sort or another over the years and as a programmer with 43 years experience. The Mac might not have been as groundbreaking as the bourgeois press would lead you to believe, but Apple found out a way to make that technology succeed.
