I haven't insisted on anything, except that cheese whiz on a steak sandwich,
or anything really, is a crime against humanity. Since I'm not camping out,
I don't think I have any right to start providing instructions. But this is
just a conversation.

It's delusional to try and craft some model legislation for the occupation
to advance. It is useful IMO to think about demands in the manner of
talking points, distilled to slogans for some purposes. 'This is what we
are for.' It's not as if something needs to be hammered out and voted on and
pledged to, just that messages with some focus emerge.

Think of it this way: if you had been sleeping in the park for a month and a
journalist asked why YOU were there, what would you say? Would would be the
best thing to say.

I think this is the spirit of Carrol and the Flaneur. If not I will humbly
retire to my bureaucratic bunghole.
