Greece has chosen a prime minister who have never held elected office but was
formerly vice-president of the European Central Bank. What is important is
investors and those who count not the Greek populace. His appointment will no
doubt be applauded as a sign that Greek politicians are getting their act
together. Does Papademos mean Father of the People?
