But what does this really mean? Except for the tautological contention that a "good" thing is "better" than a "bad" thing? ------- Not everyone. Leftists have a much more important concern. The primary concern of leftists in the school debate must be the job security, working conditions, pay, and benefits of all school employees (teachers, staff, janitors, etc.) This is not only first, all other concerns are trivial in comparison with it. And what 'the kids' need is that their parents should have more free time and higher pay. The working class has been under attack for 40 years. This fuss aboaut schools is just the latest installment of that attack.
