The top management was German. Boy, all these Germans are doctors, as I understood from their titles: Dr. This, Dr. That :) But, the rivalry did not help them, and eventually the joint collapsed. The Germans sold it (perhaps at a loss, but I don't know, since by then I was long gone elsewhere) and got out.
