Not so fast. Like Brad, I am not at all impressed by Graeber's response. It is unseemly to say the least, to refuse to at least acknowledge that he made a mistake. Instead, it is copy-editor's fault. Or the publisher's. Or Richard Wolfe's. Everyone's fault except his own. And remember, this kind of intellectual laziness can do a lot of damage to very high quality scholarship.
