There's a difference between the "intelligence" of an individual and
that of a crowd. Both of these (Fox News watchers and Teabaggers) are
examples of crowds. Of course, not all crowds are this stupid, but
they can be.

One problem of advocates of IQ is that they see "intelligence" as
merely an attribute of individuals. But both the form and content of
intelligence require society and its history to exist.
