I don't know what you mean by my "radical individualism", but I am deeply offended if you are suggesting that I share anything at all intellectually with the bunch of assholes who call themselves Tea partiers. I can't speak to their knowledge of baseball, but on matters on which they express strong opinions, there is indeed a great deal of evidence that Tea Partiers are intellectually challenged. http://politicalhumor.about.com/od/teaparty/a/Tea-Party-Quotes.htm I am well aware of all the problems with IQ numbers, intelligence tests and some of the sorry history behind all of that. Nevertheless, I still reject going to the other extreme of suggesting that there is no such thing as a stupid person. It may be difficult to produce a definition of stupid, but like porn, you know stupid when you see stupid. I mean, there has got to be word to describe the likes of Sarah Palin, Christine O'Donnell, Michelle Bachman, Steve King, Rick Perry.. -raghu. _______________________________________________ pen-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.csuchico.edu/mailman/listinfo/pen-l
