Anyone who observed "Debate III" will have seen that there is
absolutely no difference between the two on any foreign policy issue.
As to treatment of mexicans/Latinamericanos in the US, Obama has
deported at twice the rate of his Republican predecessor. So Romney is
quite unlikely to be any worse.
