affiliation and right-to-work status of each state. 

NY has 24.9% union members (the largest). It is clear from the table that there 
is strong negative correlation between union 
membership and right to work status. 


Unions aren't strong enough to accomplish much because capital has most of the 
power. And it doesn't help that such a small 
percentage of employees have a union.
