Just a note of Richard Blum.  Just google Apha Regent & you will see
stories about his amazing self-dealing as a regent as well as his
influence on the destruction of the Postal Service.

Also Brown wants the universities to heavily rely on on-line courses
without any evidence that they are effective.  You can only imagine
what the online econ text books will be.
