Carroll may be content to see the CIA-invented, pseudo-muslim, nazis
of "Al Qaeda" ravaging Tombuctou, Gao, and all the towns of southern
Azawad, raping and beating the women, burning the books, destroying
the shrines and tombs of the saints. The people of Azawad, and indeed
of Mali, have an entirely different view of the French intervention.
But for Carroll et. al. they are worthless--just so many Tibetans and
Uighurs and similar ethnic refuse.
