Yeah. But for a US audience, I think it's fair to call the whole thing
"IMF" - that's the part that the US is directly responsible for. The
Obama Administration is currently trying to get Congress to fork over
more money for the IMF, and whenever Democratic Administrations are
trying to get Congress to fork over more money for the IMF they always
pretend that the IMF is "foreign assistance," so this is a
particularly good time to remind people in the U.S. what the IMF
actually is.
