 addresses the issue of crime and PTSD. 


I don't think that it's a good idea to have PTSD as a criteria for weapon 
possession because it would discourage 
people from getting treatment and felony conviction would work as effectively. 


I think that felons should be given the right to vote, and after they have 
served their sentence may have their right to 
possess weapons restored.
