================ Yes yes yes, except labour is not a substance. Another example of why the Aristotelean and Hegelian terminlogy is unhelpful, even as metaphor for doing political economy. We'd be better off with different metaphors and axioms, that's all I'm saying. And as Jurriann has hinted at, we would would be better off measuring different patterns in the political ecology that is contemporary capitalism. Different metaphors would help us render different patterns intelligible. MFA, ELCA, all that quantifiable material stuff that Leontief gave us the tools to explore and link to geography, biology, ecology whathaveyou. _______________________________________________ pen-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.csuchico.edu/mailman/listinfo/pen-l
