My view of the PROCESS of getting to the class struggle is through cutting the 
income (not taxing it, pace Jim Devine) of the rich, while not cutting the 
income of the rest.  That will be set in motion through class struggle, and 
produce class struggle and economic and cultural changes through which there is 
a possibility of better world.
