So, after discussing the tip of the iceberg of the issues with a pen-l
alumnus I revere I decided to brush up on national [in]security law
given that I used to work on K street in DC.

When I got home from work I decided to play with the google and look
at the national [in]security law review literature that is 'out there'
as I know my way around law libraries. The first one I clicked on, as
I remembered the journal, alerted my machine to the attempt to install
malware. So, I am once again, going back to linux; the only reason I
left is because linux is for tinkerers/power users and finding the
time for tinkering is tough when you have a super smart kid, a mom
with Alzheimer's and are grieving the loss of a sibling. Tmi, I know.

Anyway, re the MS posting on Paul Revere; I had to read up on a lot of
the so-called law of double effect when tackling end of life issues.
It seems that a variant of that may be in play with respect to the
dustup. The fuckwits just off the BW parkway and all their friends in
the counties surrounding the imperial core have been beta-testing
Admiral Poindexter's dream of TIA on them there fourrugggggnerz in
order to turn it on 'domestic' dissent in a cost effective manner if
the need should arise at some point later in the 21st century. No more
Paul Revere's for them no matter how bizarre the planetary ecologies
get; cowards!

The banalization of nihilism and making the world safe for WASP
suburbia is upon us as never before, despite the fact that the US
citizenry has been politically anesthetized. WITBD?

Scorching the hard drive, c u all in a while....
