Obviously this would include all Google, Facebook, Twitter etc traffic. Indeed if they have similar operations at all the major ISPs they likely have several copies of all social networking activity. So the NSA was working with the ISP's on the one hand while also simultaneously working with the Internet cos. It is a good bet that they are also working with providers like Akamai, so that's even more redundancy.. -raghu.
