I am nowadays very hesitant to spar with you, because by your own admission you don't care about how concepts are defined, and in addition you just define the world to suit yourself. I was just asking if anybody knew a source, that is all, but on second thought pen-lers probably don't know this literature, or if they do, they're off for the weekend. Also, it concerns a debate that never really happened in the United States, as far as I know. J.
