Well it may have something to do with ‘their’ monetary monomania when ‘they' 
pretend to think about the issue at all; inequalities are a multidimensional 
political challenge, which connects to what the rock-star of the year stated 
about it being too important to be left to economists, lawyers, etc.

“Make Poverty History” is still a great slogan; leftists were getting the 
ignition system for changing public narratives in somewhat working order before 
9/11. Perhaps people will get tired of fatigue itself in the wake of all the 
wars-struggles?
