The review emphasizes the publishing house, the lack of reviews in
mainstream press, the substance of the volume, and is particularly helpful
at this juncture as the immediately prior review at Amazon by Robert Steele
was only concerned with cost, not substance (I myself gave his short note a
'not helpful' ranking (an option provided on the Amazon site).
