Moyers is a hero to various media types I've known. I know they have
low standards for heroes. One can see in his choice of people to put
on his shows he is presenting a careful mix of left and other

outside the bubble he is. Which trades upon Moyers angel liberal
creds. He gets to be an honorary left voice when the sod clod is just
a whore for PBS.
What makes him special? Not much, because left culture is a lot more
complex than the muddy water he spills on the air. Where is the real
spicy guys on the left to add a little depth of flavor to the cold
mush
liberal stew.
My god, after the media wankfest over the greatness of that pompous
blowhard David Halberstam on his demise, please be kind to Moyers. He
can be unctuous & annoying but he's done lots of good work over the
years. Who's better, who gets that kind of mainstream exposure? A
whore for PBS? That's really obnoxious.
