What is Marx's view of fiscal policy? and in the eyes of Marxism how would
he fix the Macroeconomic policy?

He probably had no idea. He was busy working out his theory of exploitation
of labor, breakdown of capitalism and march towards communism. Marxism has
many pairs of eyes now. No economists worth the salt, except Castro and a
bunch of Anti-American communists hoping to usher in communism in India
within the next 10 decades, has been delivered by the Marxists after the
fall of the Soviet Union and Mao's descendants in China. The Marxists
economists are thrown of their feet by the IT revolution and globalization
and unable to figure out what is macro-economics? Policy will take time to
develop the Marxists color.
