Paul Samuelson,sort of -- in his journal of economic perspectives. I believe Business Week discussed the article, but it did not make as much of a stir as Blinder. Had Blinder been an obscure economist, he would have been ok. Had he written his piece in Econometrica [which would never publish it anyway], no one would have cared.
