said we will go into the next election cycle with the same amount of
troops that were there at the end of 2006.

the headlines that Bush's 'troop cuts,' announced in his speech last

deal which would 'allow' his army to patrol their own domain.

Benazir Bhutto is planning to return to Pakistan on October 18. The
