I believe Knoppix STD (Security Tools Distribution) is what you are referring to.

Also there is now http://sourceforge.net/projects/weasel32/ a W32 port of NESSUS. This is in its beginning stages. I would also get the F.I.R.E. CD/.iso you can download which has many good tools on it. The list of tools for Windows systems is quite long.
