I think there is a Linux CDROM with NESSUS on it. You could always run it from any machine with a bootable CDROM. I do not remember where exactly I think it was knopper.net. Also there is now http://sourceforge.net/projects/weasel32/ a W32 port of NESSUS. This is in its beginning stages. I would also get the F.I.R.E.
