During the discussion on the schoolinux project, we run into this issue,
the "official" state of a my-linux org.
This will involve register my-linux.org into the registration department.
To do this, we need to draw the
organisation plan for my-linux.org, must have a secretary, meeting,
members, etc.
Please give us your view/suggestion/comments/etc.
