ello ppl, got 2 questions that i hope u ppl can really help me.
1. i installed RH 6.0 to my laptop Acer Extensa 367D. problem with the
soundcard. with sndconfig, it detects perfectly my pnp Yamaha soundcard n i
dont have prob to play my music cds but when i try to play a mp3 songs, or any
wave type files... it hangs my laptop.. tried to recompile my kernel with
proper modules to my soundcard n it still doesnt work. so pls, anyone who has
any Acer laptops installed with Linux, or anyone who knows how to resolve my
prob, help me..
2. i'm not sure about how to configure my squid.config file. should i put my
DNS primary ip in the file n where should i type it. seen the man page of squid
but cant really got use of it. how can i set up a cache server with squid. help
me..
