the dns setting is not at /etc/squid.conf.
put the dns entry  at /etc/resolv.conf
"nameserver 202.188.0.132" (atas sekali)

inorder to make the quid running, try use sample squid.conf at squid.org i
think. kalau tak boleh baru man squid.conf
