I'm trying to set up some sort of private web server for my own
experiment. I'm trying to dabble with linux networking ability on a
single user machine. My http daemon is not running because of this
problem lah.

Forgot to mention that when i startx, i saw this "unable to resolve
hostname" error...

I even tried this:

route add 127.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 dev lo

and

route add -net 127.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 dev lo

Tak jalan oso. Saw some error message abt the netmask not correct
padahal when i run "ifconfig lo", the netmask and inet addr dah betul
(127.0.0.1 (inet addr) and 255.0.0.0 (netmask)).

Any expert, pls help? I dunwan to install fr scratch again...
