Actually there is a way. It involves tweaking the startup so that sulogin is
executed instead of mgetty. I'm not sure, but try adding sulogin (Specifiy
full path to the end of sysinit.rc and disable the mingetty for tty1 in
/etc/inittab. maybe also possible by executing /bin/sh from sysinit.
