Both CPUs weren't entirely consumed, there are spare CPU cycles left.
I increased the number of processes to 72 and the no. of IOps increased.
My goal was not to get the max. SFS numbers but to find the optimal server
configuration (kernel and NFS parameters) for specific setup.
On the storage side I have 4 multi-tera SVM concat.volumes sitting on several
storage devices each one connected via 3 FC interfaces.
Some day I'll test other storage configs that give me the max SFS numbers, but
currently I need the best server configuration for this one. And one of
questions - is there SVM parameters to tune in order not to spoil the numbers
I've got.
