great blog entry!

Any chance of a multithreaded tar in the default indiana?

Assuming I ever knew, I have forgotten, is there any "loophole" in
the NFS specification that allows a client and a server to
communicate precise version/id info, so an alternative to the
gratuitous COMIT operation could be negotiated when the client is
happy to let ZFS do "the right thing"?
