Hello,

Pfmon does not really support time-based sampling. However you can
emulate time-based sampling using event-based sampling and an event
that has constant correlation to time, such as unhalted_reference_cycles.
Simply choose the sampling period for this event that corresponds to 500ms
on your machine.
