perl-PDL has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-2.fc26.x86_64 requires libproj.so.9()(64bit)
On armhfp:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-2.fc26.armv7hl requires libproj.so.9
On ppc64le:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-2.fc26.ppc64le requires libproj.so.9()(64bit)
On aarch64:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-2.fc26.aarch64 requires libproj.so.9()(64bit)
On ppc64:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-2.fc26.ppc64 requires libproj.so.9()(64bit)
On i386:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-2.fc26.i686 requires libproj.so.9
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
