perl-PDL has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:

perl-PDL-2.17.0-3.fc26.x86_64 requires

On armhfp:
perl-PDL-2.17.0-3.fc26.armv7hl requires libgfortran.so.3
perl-PDL-2.17.0-3.fc26.armv7hl requires libgfortran.so.3(GFORTRAN_1.0)
perl-PDL-2.17.0-3.fc26.armv7hl requires libgfortran.so.3(GFORTRAN_1.4)
