Announce: Genealogy::Gedcom V 0.87

Hi

I doubt anyone's using it :-) but I've just updated Genealogy::Gedcom to 
use the newly re-written Genealogy::Gedcom::Data V 2.01.

Also, there's a new UTF-8 sample in data/sample.7.ged. This file was 
constructed by parsing the ANSEL sample of Tamura Jones' web site. So 
it's not in ANSEL, but it is in UTF-8.
