Please do not make publically avaliable a file called libnet-1.0608.tar.gz
as it may cause confusion. Please make it clrear in the filename
that it is a modified version of 1.0607 (maybe libnet-1.0607-os390.tar.gz)
But having said that I will look at it for inclusion.
