Are we looking at the same report? In the one you linked, I don’t
see anything about Sub::Override, but I see a lot of the
following:

    MAKE failed: No such file or directory make: the `-j' option requires a 
positive integral argument

I also see this:

    Can't locate object method "load" via package "CPAN::Config" at 
inc/Module/AutoInstall.pm line 628.

That seems to me like a misconfigured, even broken test
environment that says very little about either your module or
CPANPLUS.
