If you allowed those and had to moderate replies from the author, requests for more info, etc., I think that would reduce the need for human intervention. (Maybe you're already doing this... Ask mentioned to me that it's already "semi-automated". I think things in the right format get approved without too much delay. (I think I saw some test emails show up within 24 hours or so.) David
