Sorry, I'm very conservative on this. The rule is that first somebody
must develop, maintain, promote, support, and with continuity champion
such a bundle. Within this job that somebody teaches the community how
easy it is to add a backpan server to the urllist. Then we see how the
community gathers around the wonderful thing. And then we want to see
if the problem of disappearing distros really hits. And when it then
really turns out to be a problem we solve it in one day or maybe a
week if the discussion about the problem turns out to be difficult.
Not the other way round:)

On the other hand, this is a task that does not need any support from
PAUSE and can be done _now_ by any volunteer anywhere.


Sure, I did not mean that you implement it just because I had this
idea about 10 years later than Bundles were implemented.
I just meant to address one of the concerned raised in the discussion.
