Also speedy isn't really that much faster in normal use. You have to have a single test script with 100,000 assertions all of which run really quickly to notice the difference :)

I'd say let's stick with trunk. If we're going to do that I think we should release it now as 0.54 - so there's a mainstream release of TAP::Parser with the latest changes. As soon as 0.54 is out we'll rename T::H::C as T::H, set the version to 2.999_01, give it some abuse among ourselves and then make another release.
