Yes, if the cost to the community was too high.

In this case, your one-in-a-million cancer drug is geared towards embarrassing people, which will not increase the number of people submitting to CPAN. I'd rather have people be encouraged to join the Perl community and publish to CPAN, than discouraged by seeing others listed in a Hall Of Shame because their distros didn't match arbitrary tests.

Again, Salve, please understand that the vast majority of humans do not divorce their feelings from their work, as much as you may see that as a "problem."
