Thanks! MetaCPAN and CPAN::Digger are definitely part of the picture. But I see these more as adjunct features of a private CPAN. I think this kind of pattern is popping up in a lot of organizations. Somehow, I want to try and package that idea in a way that might appeal to a wide audience.
